This disclosure informs you of your rights regarding the use of electronic records and signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

2. Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

By clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, or electronically signing any document on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to:
  • Receiving all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications electronically.
  • Using electronic signatures in place of handwritten ones.
  • Accepting that your electronic signature is legally binding, just as a handwritten signature would be.
You further agree that Oath is not required to provide paper copies unless requested and that electronic records fully satisfy any legal requirement for written agreements.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic records and sign electronically at any time by submitting a written request via email to support@oath.to.

Consequences of Withdrawing Consent:

Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after we receive your request. We will confirm your withdrawal via email.

4. Requesting Paper Copies of Documents

You may request a paper copy of any electronically signed document by emailing support@oath.to.
  • Paper copies will be provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
  • Requests must include your full name, email address, and the specific document you need.
  • Paper copies will be mailed or emailed within 7 business days.
Please note that requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to electronic records.
