Company 👋 Hi, We’re Oath! We’re a small group of creators focused on building trust and preventing fraud in an AI-crazy world where everything seems fake. We deeply hold our values and believe in transparency and accountability. Feel free to poke around and learn more about us :) Team Jobs The Oath Manifesto Resources Kevin Q Jonathan W Amy L Chain Link III “3Chainz” Tate Paulson swaggy.png Chain Link the 3rd, is part of a long line of spiritual protectors against scammers. His father, Chain Link II fought snake oil salesmen in the Wild West. And his grandfather, Chain Link, helped enforce ancient civilization’s law of order, overseeing projects like Hammurabi’s Code and Rome’s 12 Tables. 3Chainz is our mascot and vigilante protector here at Oath. 3Chainz has a fierce sense of justice for what is right and protects Oath users from the most dangerous human frontier ever created: the internet. 3Chainz is serious on scammers, but has a fun, whimsical, wild side as well. In his free time, when he’s not fighting scammers, he collects shoes as an avid sneaker-head. He also loves to create art and loiter around the Oath application interface. image.png Hi! I’m Jonathan. I started Oath to fight scammers on the internet because I believe mutual trust and cooperation is the key to a healthier, safer world. I went to UT Austin where I studied Business Honors + Biology and created Texas Product Engineering Organization. I worked as a product manager at Roblox, software engineer at Pulse Q&A / Diligent Robotics, VC fellow at NEA / True Ventures, and researcher at Dell Medical School. My life’s mission is to improve human relationships with nature and one another. In my spare time you can find me playing tennis, skating around, slurping down my Grandma's chicken pho, or finding new places to watch the sunset. I write at https://www.jwong.xyz IMG_0305.jpg All of the beautiful art around the site along with our adorable mascot 3 Chainz is the brainchild of our extremely talented artist, Tate Paulson. Hi! I’m Tate. I write out my thoughts stream-of-consciousness style so disregard the bear with me. I graduated from the University of Texas with a professional degree in architecture, decided I didn’t care about buildings all too much, and now I live in the Bay Area doing art both professionally and personally. My professional work usually makes appearances with small brands that I trust and can personally vouch for, and my personal work is about the experiences of nuerodivergency. Oath’s art was developed with trust in mind: No corners cut, no stock images or boring corporate Memphis characters, but unique art that tells a story and shows that Oath is committed to caring about the little things too. You can see more of my work at my website below: image.png I’m Amy, a Product Designer with a BFA in Design from the University of Texas at Austin. I hold a BFA in Design from the University of Texas at Austin. My proudest moments in college include leading a team of talented designers at Freetail Hackers as the Creative Director, serving as the Marketing Director at TPEO & Austin Product Conference, and creating a Capstone project that spotlights the Asian American experiences. image.png A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a dual degree in computer science and business honors.
